Before Spotlight, promo specialists and analysts acted as promo coordinators, juggling spreadsheets and emails to manage promotions. This manual process was inefficient, error-prone, and lacked a single source of truth.

As the Senior Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design for critical workflows, including Offer Creation, Management, and Spotlight Intelligence (reporting).

  • Delivered usable, scalable designs that balanced business complexity with daily merchant needs.
