The Challenge

Lowe’s Pricing department was given just one seat for ChatGPT in the enterprise AI pilot. That seat was mine. The challenge: prove AI’s value quickly, showcase real use cases, and communicate findings to leaders and directors.

My Role

  • Acted as the AI pilot lead for Pricing, representing the department in Lowe’s enterprise program.
  • Gave a live presentation to the entire department, including directors and senior leaders, demonstrating use cases and impact.
  • Built a custom GPT for my team to transform recorded meeting transcripts into structured breakdowns — who attended, what was discussed, decisions made, and next steps.
  • Tracked pilot activity and outcomes in Excel, logging time saved and efficiencies gained.

The Work

Experimentation

Tested ChatGPT across tasks like research synthesis, user story creation, accessibility checks, and data analysis.

Custom GPT

Created workflow automations that eliminated hours of manual note-taking and recap work.

Measurement

Captured and reported on efficiency gains to show tangible ROI.
